Welcome to Pathstones
To say that we live in an imperfect world is often an understatement. You don't have to look very far to find someone who is struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, guilt, anger, or any other issue that you can think of. Families are crumbling. Children are struggling. People everywhere are hurting, and often times, the burdens that we are forced to carry are simply too heavy for us to bear alone.
But there is help. When hope and joy are disappearing on the horizon or are already gone, sometimes professional assistance can provide aid where friends and family cannot.
At Pathstones, we are licensed mental health professionals from churches across the Greater Longview area who volunteer our time and skills as a service to God and to our community. We see each client as a person, not as a patient. We strive to see problems as barriers to growth, not as diseases to be treated. While we believe mental illness does exist, our model is "the person in transition,” not "the patient in treatment.”
